There is always unhappiness around me... When I was younger, during secondary school times. I made a quote to self saying "It is good sacrficing yourself to make people friends even at the cost of me losing friends..." With that, i will always do it no matter what. I just can't stand people fighting around me. And recently i have made another quote for myself saying "Contain what you must inside you even if you really cannot take it. Anger is no way to solve anything..." It was a quote also for myself as i have been getting angry easily lately but i dunno why. I wasn't like that last time... So i just wish to get my old self back...
